A 46-year-old man’s only trip was the one to the police station.
For the 46-year-old man, his late night high was interrupted when police arrived at a business in Watermeyer Street on May 27 at about 21:55.
The man was found in possession of heroine.
Heroine was confiscated when police arrested a man found in possession of drugs.
He was charged with possession or usage of a dependence producing substance and taken into custody. The drugs were confiscated and later sent to the laboratory for analysis.
“Well done to the arresting officer, let this be a warning to drug users, the use of narcotics is against the law and should you be found in possession you will feel the full extent of the law,” said Capt Eddie Hall, Witbank Police communications.
