Members of EFF descended to picket at the Witbank Hospital to highlight the poor service in the health facility.
According to EFF, this was aimed at highlighting the poor state of public health services not only at Witbank Hospital but in the country as a whole.

EFF announced at the beginning of the year that they will embark on country wide picket to challenge the poor services at health facilities.
The group also said they will do their picketing every month to demand decent healthcare.
The group later handed over a memorandum of their grievances to the hospital chief executive officer.
