Windows chipped by a rifle as pellets penetrate glass

All these windows are part of the showroom facing Mandela Street.

Large window panes that all have pellet chips in them need to be replaced at great expense to the company.

The shooting happened on Sunday, April 8 when twelve windows were damaged at Broadway BMW.

Some kind of rifle was used to shoot the pellets into the windows.

All these windows are part of the showroom facing Mandela Street.

The size of the windows just indicates the extent of the damage done and the cost of it for the company to fix it.

Even though the chip seems small, lots of damage has been done at Broadway BMW.

On January 18, 2016 Broadway BMW once again suffered a loss of at least R150 000 to malicious damage to the property.

The windows and walls were spattered and stained from paintball paint.

Two windows had to be replaced then as paintballs used with a harder compound broke two of the windows.
