World of Wellness hosts free exercise sessions on a daily basis to encourage the community to lead a healthy and active lifestyle
Emalahleni Housing Company (EHC) hosted a fitcamp at Highveld Mall in collaboration with World of Wellness and Highveld Mall to raise dog and cat food for our furry friends at the SPCA.
This took place on Saturday, March 9.
Wellness coach, Tanya Joubert led an exercise session that was thoroughly enjoyed with lots of fun and laughter.

Each participant brought pet food along which was donated to the SPCA.
The fitcamp will be held once a month to support different causes in and around eMalahleni.
