Road closures in eMalahleni and surrounding areas

Impact: Road closures / late or no reporting of employees

Witbank LOTA will stop all taxis operating around eMalahleni on Tuesday, August 25 from 04:00.

Reason being LOTA alleges that TOPIC (the mother body) does not want to increase prices for Klarinet, although all other taxis associations have done so.

It is also alleged that TOPIC is operating around Ezinambeni, Vosman and other areas around Witbank without authorization.

Areas will be closed off where TOPIC is doing business, any taxi found commuting passengers will be forced to disembark this includes LOTA as well.
