Man hijacked and left stranded

A man was left stranded at the Witbank N4 off-ramp following the highjacking of his Ford Ranger.

The incident happened on Sunday, November 29 at 16:00 when the 21-year-old victim was driving with his white Ford Ranger with registration JKR 898 MP.

He was driving towards Puma Stadium when he came across four males and gave them a lift as they were all headed in the same direction he was driving to.

The victim was driving in and around town, but the four men he had given a lift threatened and ordered him to take the N4 highway out of town, directing him to a certain place he does not know.

One of the four men then took out a gun and pointed it at him and told him to get out of the car and took off with the bakkie. They left him by the roadside.
