A packet filled with love and care

The caregiver packets are filled with an energy drink, a sweet, a bar of chocolate and a bible verse

Being in the health profession there is no time to stand back and withdraw from the current pandemic and what is happening in the world.

They are the people who go to work every day and deal with the sick.

Many organisations and unions in eMalahleni have started making caregiver packets to hand out to the frontline workers; just a something small to say thank you and a bit of motivation to keep going.

The women from the Nocturne Woman’s Agricultural Union (WAU) handed over caregiver packets to the staff from Legacy Emergency Specialists on Tuesday, February 2. They are: Karin Oberholzer, Wilma van Zyl, Vikki van der Merwe, Lizette Koegelenberg, Elize Oosthuizen, Janeldi Botha, Willem Nel, De Marco Holzhausen, Mohale Mathedimosa, Wickus Barnard, Lenie Swan, Vikki van der Merwe and Gavin Copper.

The caregiver packets are filled with an energy drink, a sweet, a bar of chocolate and a bible verse.

Gavin Copper is very happy with his caregiver packet.
