Snails used for a new type of facial

Slimy little creatures with a shell are now being used to do facials and also helps with scaring.

 

At first, you might think it’s gross but once the snails are on your face it is really not that bad.

 

Elzané van As is a beautician in eMalahleni who uses the ‘mucun’ left behind on the face by the snails to do facials and treatments for various other skin problems.
