SAVF answers after alleged neglect incidents
Both families are furious about the explanations given by SAVF.
The Suid-Afrikaanse Vrouefederasie (SAVF) reacted to the allegations of neglect at Immergroen Old Age Home.
In a report, they justified their actions of strapping Ms Koekie Steynberg to a chair with a sheet.
The organisation said they were in constant communication with 99-year-old Ms Marie Roux’s family after the family also complained about poor nursing.
Both families are furious about the explanations given by SAVF.
