Frieda is reaching out to teenagers

The passion for doing well is driven by the love she has for young people.

She has been taking care of young girls and boys at Vosman for several years now; she aims to keep teenagers out of the streets.

Ms Frieda Manana has seen many young girls and boys going astray and that has made her start the Mzansi Modelling Agency in 2015.

The passion for doing well is driven by the love she has for young people and her vision is to gather all the young girls and boys out of the streets into one place and get them to do something positive.

She has managed to do only a small fraction of her dream because she is faced with many challenges.

With the little support she has, she has managed to fight her way to the top, knocking on different doors, all because of the love she has for the children under her wing.

In the past, she has managed to host many beauty pageants and has travelled with her models to different places and has hosted street parades and fashion shows as well.

Not only that, she has managed to donate clothes to charity organisations in places like Spring Valley and Old Coronation.

“My dream is to see all the young children of Vosman growing up in a safe environment and for them to focus on their studies. They need to do positive things in life so that they can have a bright future. I am playing my part and wish other parents can come to the party and help. If we can all join hands, I’m sure we can achieve a lot in difficult situations. Children are faced with a lot of challenges, and we need to help them,” said Manana.

Recently she hosted a recycled material photo shoot to show the children the importance of recycling.

She also helps with studies and homework and the children are also taught life skills. In taking care of the children sometimes she has to dig out of her own pocket.
