Natalee is starting a new chapter in her life

Natalee Pretorius handed down the reins at Witbank SPCA

Every beginning has an end. For Witbank SPCA a new chapter is about to be written as Natalee Pretorius steps down as manager.

“I’m so thankful for the privilege I had of serving the animals in our community. I fell in love countless times with so many little furry faces and my heart broke more times than I can count,” Natalee said.

“Thank you to the amazing staff and committee that I had the honour of working with. You have all crept incredibly deeply into my heart. And a huge thank you to every member of the public that became a friend, other SPCA colleagues who were always willing to share their knowledge, the awesome vets in eMalahleni who make everything possible and my incredible family who supported me on my crazy adventure. I couldn’t have done it without you.”

The staff at the SPCA wished Natalee well, “The day has come to bid farewell to our friend and colleague. Wishing you much joy and happiness as you begin a new chapter in your life in whatever path you chose. Thanks for all the memories and giggles and also for your strength in those tough situations.”

Natalee said she cannot wait to pop in as a volunteer soon.
