‘Let’s Talk’ about the fitness session on Saturday…

Bootcamp is a lot of fun, especially if you are sweating for a good cause.

Burning calories for a good cause makes exercising a breeze – or that was what the atmosphere felt like at the ‘The Let’s Talk Fundraising in aid of Let’s Talk School Centre’.

On September 4, residents from all over eMalahleni pitched up for not only a good workout session, but for a good cause too.

The workout session kicked off with a warm-up by Felicia Myburgh, following a nice session of Zumba by Carine Visagie.

Felicia then took the stage again by entertaining her fitness fanatics with a 30 minute ‘keeping rhythm with stix’.

Just as the participants that took part in this jolly event thought it was a called session, Taryn Frazer took over to do some toning of the body and lastly cooling down…

Exercising was never as fun as what these participants made it look like and to round up the whole fundraising event, Felicia Myburgh from Group Training Bootcamp handed over the generous fundraising cheque of R8 000 to the principal of Let’s Talk School Centre, Ms Eloise Maritz.

* Let’s Talk School Centre is a centre for autism and special needs children.
