Phola Police on a quest to find the family of an unknown woman killed on the N12

A woman was killed by a motor vehicle on the N12 near Arbor off-ramp.
The accident happened on Monday, August 30 yet the unknown woman is still unidentified.
Sergeant Joseph Nkosi and Constable Nokukhanya Machabe attended the scene and found the body of a young woman lying on the ground.
According to the driver of the vehicle, who is anonymous, he was travelling from Johannesburg towards eMalahleni when he accidentally hit her.
All relevant role players were summoned to the scene, but the woman was certified dead upon the arrival of the paramedics.
The body was then taken to Witbank government mortuary. The woman is unknown thus the police are asking the community to assist with finding family or friends of the deceased.
