Memorial service for much-loved health worker held

All the speakers during the memorial service of Joyce Tlou described her as someone very selfless, humble, peace-loving, hardworking, optimistic, and always putting other people’s needs first before her needs.

The memorial service for this hardworking health worker was held at the Middelburg District Offices on Tuesday, October 5, and her funeral service was held the following day, on Wednesday, October 6.
