VIDEO: Little ones learn the meaning of Ubuntu

Children learn how to give and share at a very young age

The principal from Feed the Lambs private nursery school in eMalahleni thought it would be important to teach the children from the school about Ubuntu.

Feed my Lambs children and teachers give people sitting on the sidewalk food and juice.

Ubuntu is a quality that includes compassion and humanity.

On Thursday, October 7 the principal, the teachers and the children stood on the sidewalk singing praise and worship songs to the people driving by and to the people sitting on the sidewalk waiting to get offered work.

 

The principal also prayed for them and gave them bread and juice.

From there the children moved to other places where they continued with their Ubuntu outreach to the community.
