Inspiration for the youth beyond drugs and alcohol

The book speaks about psychological, emotional and social aspects of a life of a young person growing up

eMalahleni born author, Siyabonga Mahlangu has proven that age is just a number.

The 21-year-old found his niche for writing at a young age and is also making big waves internationally while pursuing his medical studies in Russia.

His dream is to help people beyond using a stethoscope.

Siyabonga’s main focus is to inspire young people who are still in school, yet he also encourages older people to read the book.

The title of the young writer’s book is ‘Echoes of a young silent voice’.

The book speaks about psychological, emotional and social aspects of a life of a young person growing up.

Echoes is a metaphoric expression of challenges that people experience growing up, especially young people.

It also touches on the importance of understanding oneself, purpose, passion, failure, life battles, pain, decision and choices including relationships and fame.

Readers are exposed more to knowing themselves as these issues are discussed at a personal level.

Siyabonga further explained that the echoes turn to create a noise of confusion that makes the youth not understand the purpose of life.

“However, the young silent voice is the inner voice that every individual, whether old or young, needs to protect themselves from other echoes of the world. It is always silent, but it makes the greatest impact, we just need to close our ears and listen to it, so you can become a better version of yourself,” added Siyabonga.

The young writer said that he would like to leave a footprint within the inspirational field of books by being one of the greatest authors that helped to shape a victorious generation.

The author believes that there is still a lot of work that needs to be done in the world, especially in his generation.

That is why he will continue to write books and impact lives positively.

The book will be released on October 29; those who are interested can contact Siyabonga on 064 626 7029 or Instagram: @blesssedsiya_ and Face book: @Siya Mahlangu.
