Robbers stock up after robbery at liquor store in Tasbet Park

An armed robbery occurred in broad daylight where robbers made sure they grabbed a couple of bottles of liquor on their way out.
The armed robbery took place on Wednesday afternoon, November 17 at Springbok Liquors in Springbok Street, Tasbet Park.
It’s alleged that three armed suspects entered the bottle store; they demanded that the cashiers hand over their handbags and other valuables.
Two vehicles were waiting outside the store; one of the vehicles is a white Toyota Avanza, with no number plate, it has a red Johnny Walker sticker on the right rear bumper.
A member from the Community Policing Forum (CPF) was quick on the scene to help where possible.
The police are busy investigating the case.
