[NOTICE] Please note community outreach meeting dates
The public is also notified in terms of Section 28 of the Local Government.
The public is invited to community outreach meetings (Mayoral Imbizo) as per adopted Process Plan, dates mentioned below.
The public is also notified in terms of Section 28 of the Local Government:
Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the Council resolved at a meeting held on December 3 in 2021 with regard to item A.007/21 to amend the Process Plan.
Due to the day to day developments in the Municipality, the dates for public consultations have been changed.
The amended dates of the Phase one of the community outreach meetings (Mayoral Imbizo) as follows:
