You don’t need to speak Portuguese to come and play a round of golf this weekend

The Portuguese are not only excellent behind the stove, they also take up their golf clubs every now and then.

The Portuguese Club is inviting enthusiastic golfers to a fun filled day on the golf course.

The club is hosting its golf day on October 14 at Witbank Golf Club.

The format is 2 Ball Better Ball, Scramble Drive with a shotgun start at 10:00.

If you would like to make a tee box your own for the day, it will cost you R2 500.

A four-ball will cost R1 200, but if you take both, you will only pay R3 000.

For more information contact Paul Manarte, president of the Portuguese Club: 083 259 3176.
