The organisation was founded in December 2019 after Nokuthula, a qualified social auxiliary worker currently pursuing her final year in BA Social Work, envisioned a poverty-free community.

“I love helping people, I love children and old people. We would appreciate receiving donations that would help our community members such as school uniforms, sanitary towels, gently used clothes, food parcels, and also financial assistance,” Nokuthula emphasised.

The founder informed that this year MM Givers Foundation is planning to host awareness campaigns for drug and teenage pregnancy awareness, a school uniform donations drive, and sanitary towel donations.

Nokuthula also said that they are planning to help boys this year, as they normally focus on girls.
