Sasol Kinross beats local team with 53 runs

RR School of Cricket scored 139 all out, losing by 53 runs.

Local cricket team RR School of Cricket on Saturday, January 20 was defeated by their opponents Sasol Kinross.

The game was played on the pitch of Witbank High School.

The local players were all out in 34.2 overs, with Tumelo Mayambo giving the best performance taking three wickets for 12 runs in 3.2 overs.

RR School of Cricket scored 139 all out, losing by 53 runs.

Mayambo batted 48 runs from 49 balls, and Thabang Mnisi ran out of partners with 24 and not out.

One of the newly recruited youngsters from the RR School of Cricket Ashley Khumalo also chipped in with 23 of 33, as they were involved in a 70-run second-wicket partnership.
