Witbank Police is investigation a culpable homicide following an incident that happened on the Verena Road.

According to the police, a member of the community who was controlling traffic at the said location called the police, and upon arrival on February 4 directed them to the deceased. 

It is further alleged that the man sustained injuries to the head and arms.

The man, in his mid-twenties, was wearing denim shorts and a black t-shirt when the tragedy happened.
