Naauwpoort CPF empowers community with first aid training

Naauwpoort CPF undertakes first-aid training and empowers themselves for future emergencies.

In response to the recent events and a history of tragic incidents, the Naauwpoort CPF has taken proactive steps to safeguard their community.

By sponsoring first aid classes for residents living along the Witbank Dam, they aim to create a network of trained lifesavers.

On Friday, August 2, training was arranged by Naauwpoort CPF chairman, Lee Sampson.

This initiative has equipped community members with vital skills to respond to emergencies, ensuring a safer environment for all.

With their new-found knowledge, community members can now enjoy swimming, camping, and recreational activities with greater peace of mind.

In the event of an emergency, they can rely on trained individuals to provide crucial assistance.

The Naauwpoort CPF’s forward-thinking approach has turned potential bystanders into empowered lifesavers, fostering a sense of security and community spirit.

As a result, the beautiful Witbank Dam can be enjoyed with confidence, knowing that help is at hand when needed most.
