Unverified claims of road spiking in Tasbet Park emerge

Following the recent discovery of dangerous road spikes close to eMalahleni, another unverified spiking trap was reported where spikes are allegedly put inside tomatoes.

Following unverified information of motorists being targeted with road spikes inserted in tomatoes on the roadway, motorists are still urged to remain vigilant when travelling in eMalahleni.

According to reports, tomatoes allegedly containing spikes were found in Tasbet Park in the early hours of July 17.
The Witbank Police are pleading with motorists to exercise extra caution regardless of the area of the city they are driving in.                                                                                                                                                                  This is a developing story.
