Alleged robber fatally wounded in N4 shoot-out
The crime scene led to traffic backing up for kilometres on the N4.
Robbers met their match on the N4 at the Walter Sisulu off-ramp this morning when they were tracked down by a tracking company.
Unconfirmed information suggests that the men allegedly hijacked the truck carrying a load of copper.

The tracking company closed in on them at the off-ramp, and during a shootout between the suspects and the members of the tracking company, one of the suspects was fatally wounded.
Police spokesperson Captain Eddie Hall said the dockets are being opened.
