Accident leads to the discovery of two bodies

A heavy motor vehicle accident into a wetland near the R545 led to the discovery of two unidentified bodies

 

The accident occurred early this morning when the truck went off the road and drove into a wetland on the grounds of a mine in the Ogies area.

 

The two bodies were found in the wetland and at this stage seem not to have been part of the accident. 

 

The driver of the truck was taken to hospital, and all relevant authorities were on the scene.
