Agape School’s Grade R’s are on their way to ‘big school’

Parents, teachers, and learners came together to mark this special milestone as the little ones prepare to start their formal schooling journey.

Agape School recently held a graduation ceremony for its Grade R learners, marking an important milestone as the young learners prepare to begin their formal schooling journey.

During the ceremony on November 29, the school principal, Grace Bhanhire, addressed the graduates, encouraging them to continue shining as they move forward.

“We are proud of each of you and wish you all the best as you start your formal school process. Keep learning, growing, and shining,” Grace said.

Several learners were recognised for their outstanding achievements, receiving awards in different areas of excellence.

“I am so proud of your hard work and dedication,” she added while presenting the awards.

Parents beamed with pride as they watched their children being celebrated. One parent, Amanda Mahlangu, said, “Seeing my child receive an award today makes me so proud. I know this is just the beginning of a bright future.”

Another parent, Koketso Mashigo, said, “This ceremony reminded us how far our little ones have come, and we are excited to see them continue to grow and excel as they embark on their new journey.”
