Skip the online booking β banks now offer quick and secure Smart ID card applications, though Emalahleni residents will need to wait for local availability.
The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) has partnered with selected banks to make applying for Smart ID cards faster and more convenient. Customers in participating areas can apply directly at bank branches without using eHomeAffairs.
However, Emalahleni residents, please note that the service is not yet available locally.
