IT was third time unlucky for the notorious Richards Bay bag snatcher. The man on a motorbike has plagued women for the past month.
The man was arrested after a brave photographer gave chase after he robbed a woman in Via Cassiandra.
This was his third victim this morning.
The woman chased the thug towards a nearby park where police were attending to a scene.
While attempting to escape, the man dashed through the park and crashed into a tree.
He was promptly arrested.
