TWO suspects linked to the incident that led to the shooting death of Veldenvlei resident Danie Botha, have been criminally charged.

Siyanda Ntuli (19) appeared in the Richards Bay Magistrate’s court on Thursday on a housebreaking charge.

Police spokesperson Captain Debbie Ferreira on Friday confirmed Khayalihle Mcambi (41) had been charged with murder after the bullet he allegedly fired at Ntuli reportedly struck Botha instead, killing him instantly.
