Slade approaches Constitutional Court
Krizani had been refused bail by the Ubombo Magistrate’s Court
CONTROVERSIAL owner of the Sodwana Bay Guest House, André Slade, has approached the Consitutional Court after his girlfriend was arrested last week.
Police last week found that Slovakian national Katarina Krizani (26) no longer held a valid visa and she was summarily arrested.
Krizani earlier this year defended Slade and his racial and religous comments after he caused outrage by refusing to accommodate blacks at his guest house.
Slade spoke to The Citizen on Monday and confirmed that Krizani had been refused bail by the Ubombo Magistrate’s Court.
He said she would appear again on Thursday.
