A case of vandalism was opened with the Empangeni police after Empangeni Rugby Club‘s Warren Graff discovered the name ‘Lloyd’ burnt into the new R50 000 cricket pitch laid out on the B field at Mick Kelly Park.
The club is offering a financial reward to anyone who comes forward with useful information.
