IFP welcomes new senior members

Big boost for IFP KZN

WITH the focus on the 2021 local government elections, the IFP in KZN welcomed five new political leaders, formerly from the ANC, DA and MF.

This was announced at the party’s recent provincial local government campaign plan hosted in Durban.

Joining the IFP are:
* Yusuf Mohammed Essack, a legal consultant who holds a LLB degree;
* Yacoob Mansoorm, a former ANC member in the Isiphingo Region;
* Valla Pillay, a former DA supporter;
* Toney Pillay, a former DA member and community activist; and
* Jonathan Annipen, a former eThekwini councillor with the MF.

Provincial Chairperson, Thami Ntuli, welcomed the new members.

He reiterated the party’s values centred on ubuntu, free-market economic principles and unity.
