Judges want to read about youngsters' experiences of the pandemic and they are looking for original poetry

YOUNGSTERS aged 18 or below are invited to enter two poems describing their experiences of the Covid-19 pandemic in the AVBOB poetry competition during Youth Month.

Judges want to read about youngsters’ experiences of the pandemic and they are looking for original poetry. Entries close on 23 June.

Entrants must have their parent’s permission to enter, and must read and accept the competition rules available on the AVBOB poetry website www.avbobpoetry.co.za/Blog/View/68

Entries will only be accepted by email, to social@avbobpoetry.co.za

The winning poem wins R1 000, second R700 and third R300.

Winners will be announced on 21 July on AVBOB poetry’s social media platforms.
