The church is under the leadership of Reverend Sicelo Zulu.

Local Inkosi Makhosazana Zulu of the Gagwini Tribal Authority attended the session, as did uMlalazi mayor, Cllr Queen Xulu. Myaka said he was impressed to see political and traditional leaders coming together to worship God.

He condemned the recent attacks and killings of community leaders in the province, and prayed for the traditional leaders.

Congregants who had brought their harvest to the church appreciated the visit from Bishop Myaka, and he encouraged them to adhere to all safety measures to protect themselves against Covid-19 infection.
