Award-winning hip-hop artist Riky Rick has sadly died.
Details of his death are still sketchy, but according to reports, Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado (34) died en route to hospital after he was found hanging at his estate home in Johannesburg this morning (Wednesday).
It is alleged the muso hanged himself after suffering from severe depression.
The hit maker is the second celebrity to commit suicide this year, following the death of veteran actor Patrick Shai who was found dead in the garage of his home in January.
Condolences have been flooding social media platforms as fans, colleagues and business partners express their shock over Riky’s death.
