More than 90 suspected sexual predators arrested in KZN
A total of 98 wanted suspects were arrested.

The KZN Saps Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) unit is continuing in its mandate to root out all sexual predators in the communities.
Between 3 and 6 March, an operation was conducted by a team of detectives who visited various districts within the province.
In the Zululand region, Pongola and eShowe were included, as were Inanda, KwaMashu, Pinetown, Mountain Rise, Kranskop and Msinga.
A total of 98 wanted suspects were arrested.
Police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbele said, ‘The suspects were arrested for various crimes such as rape, sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, assault, as well as other cases.
‘The arrested suspects are aged between 15 and 89, and appeared at the various Magistrate’s Courts across the province.’
