WATCH: No fatalities in Richards Bay head-on collision

Emergency services treated the patients on scene and transported them to hospital

NUMEROUS people were treated for injuries ranging from minor to moderate in an accident involving a car and a minibus taxi earlier this evening (Saturday).

The accident brought traffic to a standstill on North Central Arterial between Aquadene and Brackenham just before 7pm.

A truck reportedly crashed into a BMW after it had collided with the taxi.

Commuters in the taxi were treated on scene and transported to hospital.

No fatalities were reported and the driver of the BMW escaped unharmed.
