Three critical after Mandeni accident
Two vehicles were involved in the head-on collision
IPSS Medical Rescue responded to the scene of an accident on the link road between the N2 highway and Mandeni.
The accident occurred at about 10pm last night (Sunday).
On arrival, the medics found two vehicles had been involved in what appeared to have been a head-on collision, leaving multiple people inuured.
Four patients were treated on scene, three of whom were found in critical condition and required advanced life support before being transported to a nearby hospital.
Saps was on scene and will investigate the cause of the accident.
