Six injured in R34/R66 collision

Three people sustained serious injuries and a further three sustained minor injuries in a head-on collision between two vehicles earlier this morning (Tuesday).

The accident occurred at the R34/R66 intersection in Ndundulu near Melmoth.

Two vehicles were involved, one of which left the road owing to the force of the impact.

Emergency services and paramedics attended to the patients.

All six were stabilised on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
