Are you South Africa’s fastest skipper?

Increase your fitness and have some fun by signing up for the Skipnation Rope Skipping Challenge

Gymnastics South Africa’s second annual Skipnation Rope Skipping Challenge kicked off on Tuesday, with schools, clubs and individuals encouraged to compete.

This virtual competition, which runs 19 July to 19 August, aims to find South Africa’s fastest rope skippers.
Gymnastics South Africa development manager Marti Heri said the challenge is a speed challenge.

“We launched the Skipnation Challenge in 2020, as part of our drive to introduce basic fitness and physical education at all schools in the country,” said Heri.

All entrants are encouraged to submit their entry video showing their best attempt in one of the two speed challenges.
