The RBIDZ yet again gets the clean audit opinion for 2022/2023 financial year from the Auditor-General of South Africa.

The achievement attained for the 4th consecutive year comes as no surprise for the company that abides by efficient and effective controls in place and keeps corporate governance matters under check.

The unwavering commitment by the company towards ethical conduct and adherence to good governance is a highpoint. It is also significant to emphasise that the clean audit opinion is as a result of concerted efforts by the company in implementing proper internal controls to manage performance and financial information.

“As we continue with the execution of the mandate, the company takes pride in delivering a succession of credible and  transparent outcome; and is indefinitely putting concerted strengths towards the highest levels of financial probity” remarked Board Chairperson, Advocate Bhekisisa Mbili.

‘We are indeed delighted and encouraged by the recognition and findings from the Auditor -General and extend appreciation for the continued guidance and support’.

‘We remain indebted to our government, shareholder – MEC for EDTEA, Mr. Siboniso Duma and the society that looks up to us to take full accountability in the execution of our mandate’, concluded Mbili.
