Ridge View Park industrial warehousing opens in Hillcrest

Phase 1 of Waterfall's Ridge View Park industrial warehousing has been opened for businesses to take residency.

The first phase of the new industrial warehousing location in Waterfall, Hillcrest was made available in January 2026, offering warehouse facilities to a wide variety of businesses to set themselves up. More spaces will be available from June 2026.

The park will be secured and manned 24/7, ensuring consistent protection.

All warehouses will operate on solar-powered 3-phase electricity, reinforced by municipal supply and a permanent on-site generator for truly uninterrupted power.

Ablution facilities will receive unlimited water supply from backup facilities to minimise downtime and maintain consistent water availability.

Flexible warehouse sizes for every business

Each warehouse will be fitted with side cladding and vertical polycarbonate panels that bring in natural light, creating brighter, more energy-efficient workspace.

Units range from 240 m² – 2000 m² with the park offering 19 500m² of total industrial space.

Each warehouse includes a 3 m x 5 m steel roller door and a pedestrian access door for easy entry and efficient operations.

Warehouse 3 – 450 m²
