 AutoZone Richards Bay is a comprehensive automotive hub. Specialising in fleet maintenance, heavy-duty spares and accessories for passenger and light commercial vehicles, the store caters for mechanics, fleet operators and private car owners alike.

Asked what makes AutoZone Richards Bay a true one-stop shop, Aiden explains, “We support our customers by providing them with every automotive part, from bumper to bumper, for any vehicle, whether it is a light or heavy motor vehicle. We support every type of workshop with workshop consumables, service components and repair parts, from oils, service kits, suspension, braking, clutches, engine components and more.”

According to Aiden, certain products stand out as customer favourites: “With the current Zululand heat, our automotive air-conditioning parts and services have been very popular. Batteries have always been a strong point of our business, offering customers well-known reputable brands at the best prices, and this will remain a priority.

“We also pride ourselves in specialising in Toyota parts, Land Cruiser 4×4 parts and accessories. Our workshop clients have access to a full range of engine parts that are available in store or will be promptly sourced if required.”

Innovation also plays a key role in keeping AutoZone ahead. The store offers new technology LED lights and battery operated power tools.

“We have recently introduced the Motul oil and lubricant brands into our oils and lubricants range. This provides our customers with a variety of product offerings, from average to high-end vehicles,” says Aiden.

“We are immensely excited to showcase our upgraded store. Customers can now walk into a modern, well-lit space with shopping opportunities for any automotive occasion. Items are clearly displayed and well placed to create a seamless experience. The new features also make customer service easier, with convenient sales counters and bright displays highlighting in-store specials and competitions.

“A development close to our heart is under way: we will soon be launching a dedicated division exclusively for all things Toyota Land Cruiser. This is a strong demand in our region, and we want to meet it for our valued clients.”
