RBIDZ hereby invites companies to express their interest in participating in the supply of goods and services listed below.

The project is anticipated to commence in June 2026 and continue for a minimum period of 24 months.

9. Refrigeration
10. Lightning Protection
11. Plumbing
12. Sewer works
13. Training Service Provider

MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

THE MACHINERY SHOULD ADHERE TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

• Fuel gauges of plant to be in working order.
• Installed tracking equipment preferred.
• Hauling equipment to be roadworthy, licenced and valid operator’s licences and certificates.
• Reverse hooters to be in working order.
• Strobe lights to be in working order to all plant machinery.
• Plant machinery must be in good condition.
• Valid license disc.
• Valid fire extinguishers to all plant.
• Plant checklist book.
• Plant hour meter / kilometers readings must be working.
• Operators must have full Personal Protective Equipment; including hard hat, safety boots, safety vest, overalls and other PPE such as noise blockers for the ears, mask for dust protection etc.
• Medicals and Competency certificates must be in place.
• Drip trays to all plant machinery.
• Strictly no oil leakage on plant machinery.

THE SUBMITTED EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE INTERESTED COMPANIES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY ITEMS WHICH WILL FORM PART OF THE CRITERIA

• Proof of Ownership of the Machinery/Equipment or Construction Plant; therefore, only companies that validly own the machinery and equipment must respond to the advert.
• Rates Breakdown on the spreadsheet must be inclusive of leasing the machinery/equipment and machine operator. (Selected machinery to be provided must be listed and rates be provided for).
• Diesel will be provided by the Principal Contractor.

To declare eligibility, the below crucial information should be supplied with the submitted proposal, indicating the selected machinery/equipment to supply.

THE INTERESTED COMPANIES SHOULD PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BASIC STANDARD REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING:

1. Selected Requirements/Trade they wish to participate in (i.e Brickworks, Aggregate Supply and Plant Hire)
2. Company Profile
3. Previous experience
4. List of contactable references
5. Company registration certificate
6. Trading licence if applicable
7. VAT Registration if applicable
8. Valid tax clearance certificate
9. Letter of good standing
10. BEE Certificate /Sworn Affidavit
11. CSD Report – (Within Advertisement period)
12. Ownership (For those applying for machinery opportunities)

NOTE: All standard requirements above MUST be submitted. Failure to submit all the standard requirements may render the expression as non- responsive.

The selected companies will be invited to submit quotations as and when required.
