A MYSTERIOUS object captured on video footage taken at Alkantstrand last year surfaced this week on a top-rated American TV reality programme.

The video clip was submitted by Empangeni resident Keith Brassel, who was filming surfers when the unidentified flying object (UFO) suddenly appeared in the camera’s line of sight.

Unable to ascertain what it was, Keith posted it on YouTube and, more than 130 000 views later, it was picked up as worthy of a ‘Fright Club’ series entry.

‘Fright Club’ is hosted by Jack Osbourne, son of Ossie Osbourne, the legendary front man of Black Sabbath.

Jack, along with his ‘Ghost Brothers’ panel, receives clips usually showing unexplained paranormal activity of a scary or frightening nature, but in this case, it was the intrigue of Keith’s UFO that captured their attention.
