WATCH: Recent crocodile sighting at Richards Bay Small Craft Harbour, residents urged to exercise caution

Residents are again urged to exercise extreme caution after a crocodile was spotted at the Small Craft Harbour in front of the hotel in Richards Bay.

While bathing is prohibited at the small craft harbour, the wild animal was sighted lurking in the popular recreational spot where many local and out-of-town residents revel.

The previous sighting of a crocodile in this area was in September last year.

ZO UPDATE | RESIDENTS are once again being warned to exercise extreme caution at the Small Craft Harbour amid sightings of a crocodile near the hotel and, on some occasions, at Naval Island.
