WATCH: Final prep for toy run 2024

Excitement is building, with just under a week to go until the annual Suzuki/Dice Toy Run.

This year’s event takes place this Sunday, 1 December.

At around 9 am, bikers and motorists will leave Suzuki Richards Bay convoy-style and head to the Zululand Observer offices in Empangeni, boundless toys in tow.

The official toy handover to Dice (Do I Care Enough?) will then take place and the rest of the day’s festivities will kick-off at 10am.

Visitors have a lot to look forward to, with an impressive display of cars, a kids’ play area and food stalls open to the public until 3pm.

This event is generously sponsored by Suzuki Richards Bay, Mayfair Gearbox, Quality Cars Empangeni and AVIP Executive Lounge, who have all come together to ensure a wonderfully festive day is in store for all.

Entrance is free, but toy donations are welcome for those feeling generous. Toys can also be dropped off at Suzuki Richards Bay at 75 Dollar Drive for the remainder of the week.
