Service delivery problems plague Empangeni residents

Electricity problems in Empangeni CBD have been nothing short of shocking after an almost week-long problem of outages earlier this month.

What started on Tuesday, 15 April as power failures in Logan, Mack and Biyela streets turned into a drawn-out struggle involving several substation faults reported by uMhlathuze Municipality’s electrical team.
