Young real estate man gains ground

Forget Forbes 30 under 30, Sanele Mjadu (27) is already on track to become a real estate mogul, one deal at a time.

As the founder of his own real estate group, his journey to the top has not been without hardship.

Attending Grantham Park Primary and Empangeni High schools, the proud Empangeni resident recalls having to overcome challenges.

“After growing up with my grandparents, my parents sought better opportunities and moved us to Empangeni,” he said, recalling suddenly being in an English-medium school without any knowledge of the language.
